PCNIG is excited to be offering funding for 10 members to attend upcoming hospice and palliative care conferences this year. Please complete the application form below if you wish to be considered for this funding opportunity.

The conferences PCNIG is funding members to attend include:
1. Hospice Palliative Care Ontario (HPCO) Conference – Richmond Hill, ON - June 8-10 2025. https://www.conference.hpco.ca/
2. Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association National Conference - Nanaimo, BC - October 22nd-25th https://www.chpca.ca/conference-events/conference/
PCNIG will pay for the conference registration fee for 5 Nurses to attend either the HPCO conference or the CHPCA conference. Each member can only receive one conference scholarship.
The funding will be provided on a first come, first serve basis and is only applicable for the conference registration fee (accommodation, conference dinner, travel, etc. not included). Successful applicants will be re-imbursed for the cost of registration after submitting proof of conference attendance.
APPLICATIONS DUE MAY 1, 2024
We will announce the funding recipients by May 12-18, 2025 during nursing week
