Come march with the Rainbow Nursing Interest Group at the 2019 Toronto Pride Parade on Sunday, June 23, 2019. Network with 2SLGBTQ+ folks, other nurses, and allies! The parade will take place in downtown Toronto along Bloor Street East.
Where? We will be meeting at 2:45 pm in front of the Breitling Canada Boutique and Service Centre (250 Bloor Street East). Watch for the placards (and a bunch of loud nurses)!

Sexual and Gender Minorities Content in the Nursing Standards.
RNAO will:
Speak out for human rights and health equity
• Speak out against implicit biases, prejudices, stereotypes and policies that are discriminatory and cisheteronormative;
The purpose of this BPG is to provide nurses and other members of the interprofessional team with evidence-based recommendations on foundational, inclusive and affirming care practices for Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, and additional (2SLGBTQI+) people.
