Join Pallium Canada for the official launch of the Canadian Atlas of Palliative Care – Ontario Edition, a first-of-its-kind resource that maps the availability and accessibility of palliative care across the province and within each health region.
This powerful tool is designed to advance equitable access to compassionate, high-quality palliative care—helping to ensure that every Ontarian, no matter their location, receives the care they need and deserve.
We invite you to join us for this special event and be among the first to explore this powerful new tool.
About the Atlas
Developed in collaboration with McMaster University’s Division of Palliative Care and in partnership with leaders from the health, education, and community sectors, the Atlas provides a comprehensive, data-driven overview across key domains such as policy, services, and education.
What sets the Atlas apart is its innovative use of interactive story maps that seamlessly blends data with local context. This dynamic, visual format transforms complex information into an engaging and accessible experience—presenting the data as a compelling, actionable narrative.
