Dear PCNIG member,
PCNIG is excited to be offering funding for 10 members to attend upcoming hospice and palliative care conferences this year. Please complete the application form here, if you wish to be considered for this funding opportunity.
The conferences PCNIG is funding members to attend include:
1. Hospice Palliative Care Ontario (HPCO) Conference in Richmond Hill, Ontario on June 9 - 11, 2024. https://www.conference.hpco.ca/
2. McGill International Congress in Palliative Care (MIPCC) in Montreal, Quebec on Oct. 15 -18, 2024. https://www.mipcc2024.ca/
PCNIG will pay for the conference registration fee for five nurses/four nurse practitioners and two students to attend either the HPCO conference or the MIPCC conference. Each member can only receive one conference scholarship.
The funding will be provided on a first come, first served basis and is only applicable for the conference registration fee (accommodation, conference dinner, travel, etc. not included).
APPLICATIONS DUE MAY 1, 2024.
We will announce the funding recipients by May 6 - 12, 2024 during Nursing Week.
