We will be hearing from guest speaker and fellow nursing colleague Angelique Benois of Nurturing Our Wellbeing (N.O.W) and expert in workplace mental health who will share tips and strategies about self-care for the busy nursing professional. There will also be guided mindful meditation and an introduction to tapping!

Looking to learn more about RNAO's Interest Groups, what they have planned, and how to get involved?
The Durham-Northumberland Chapter has reached out to all Interest Groups and will be posting videos as an ongoing “Virtual Interest Group Spotlight” event during the next few weeks on our social media accounts. The videos will provide details about what the Interest Group is currently focused on, any upcoming events they have, ways for members to become involved, and any other information they would like to relay to RNAO members.
Please join us for our chapter Annual General Meeting on March 9, 2021 @ 6:30pm via Zoom. This will be a time to hear updates from the executive team and highlights from the past year. There will also be time to hear from members to share any issues that are impacting your practice settings or the nursing and healthcare landscape.
