The Durham chapter works actively to support local nurses in their daily practice. The chapter is also passionate about engaging with MPPs and other politicians, advocating for healthy public policy to improve the health and wellbeing of the patients and communities we serve. The chapter frequently hosts educational events and meetings for nurses, NPs and nursing students. The chapter is also very supportive of nursing students and helping them to develop their careers and stay connected with their professional association.
