We are excited to share that RNAO’s annual general meeting (AGM) will be taking place virtually from June 9-11, 2022. The Durham Northumberland Chapter will be able to send 16 members as consultation representatives. As a consultation representative, members will weigh in on resolutions that will help shape the association's agenda and focus.

We will hear from Dr. Angela Cooper-Brathwaite, fellow RNAO member and co-chair of RNAO's Black Nurses Task Force, she will share her research and there will be opportunity for active discussion on this topic.

We will be hearing from guest speaker and fellow nursing colleague Angelique Benois of Nurturing Our Wellbeing (N.O.W) and expert in workplace mental health who will share tips and strategies about self-care for the busy nursing professional. There will also be guided mindful meditation and an introduction to tapping!
