We are seeking the feedback and expertise of the Primary Care Nurses of Ontario Interest Group to review the Population Health Primary Care Pathway to Delay Diabetic Foot Ulcer Onset and Progression draft. This pathway is being developed collaboratively by RNAO and Wounds Canada as a knowledge translation tool to support primary care providers in delivering evidence-informed, consistent, and practical care to reduce the risk and progression of diabetic foot ulcers at a population level.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be rescheduling the AGM. However, the PCNO Executives will still be present on the Zoom call if members would like to drop in to network from 9-10:30, Saturday June 22. Updates on the new AGM date will come soon.

Please join us for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 22 for your opportunity to network and discuss with your executive and fellow primary care nurses from around the province. The AGM will take place from 9–10 a.m., where updates will be shared from your executive and review of by-laws. The agenda will be sent out to members shortly.

After the AGM, we are trying to plan an education session from 10–11 a.m. Details will be shared as soon as they become available.
