CTNIG Award of Excellance
In 2012, Kim M Watson, the President of the CTNIG at that time, established the CTNIG Award just as we were to celebrate our 10th year Anniversary. The award was created to recognize the work nurses do to embrace, introduce and integrate complementary therapies into healthcare within Ontario.
Sharing a volunteer opportunity for in-person conference in April 2022
The Hospice Palliative Care Conference is looking for volunteers to offer complementary therapy "taster" sessions!
The sessions will be a special feature of the Hospice Palliative Care Conference, which runs from April 24 to April 26, 2022 and will be held in person. A variety of complementary therapy practitioners offer 15 minute samplers of their modality in a shared, quiet ambient space. They are looking for volunteers to offer six 20-minute sessions over a two-hour period, followed by a one or two hour break where you can participate in the conference.
