The CTNIG is looking to create a compendium of complementary therapies (CT) for our website in an effort to provide nurses, other healthcare professionals and the public information about a variety of Complementary Therapies. Each CT would have a short summary including description, background, benefits/effects, process and any links to CT organizations.

Please join our executive meeting on Monday, Nov. 20 at 7:30 p.m. ET to say hello, meet the team (perhaps even lend your talents to our executive - we still have a couple of positions open, and no CT experience is necessary to be on the executive) and let us meet you and get to know you.

We are opening up our executive team meeting this coming Tuesday, Oct. 24 at 7:30 p.m. ET on Zoom.

Please pop in and join us to meet your executive team, let us get to know you, and provide input on CTNIG initiatives.

You will then enter a waiting room space and be invited into our meeting shortly after that.

We have a wonderful summer/fall newsletter for you to peruse at your leisure.

Hopefully there is something of interest for everyone from an article on feng shui, colour and use of essential oils, to one nurse's perspective on self care, to current research on complementary therapies (CT).

We haven't forgotten about our student nurse members – we have some study tips for the upcoming school year as well as self-care ideas.
