Dear Middlesex Elgin Members,
Have you ever considered your role in determining the work of our Association?
If you are interested in helping to chart the agenda of RNAO work you should consider volunteering to be a Consultation Representative (CR) for Middlesex-Elgin.
A consultation representative is one of a team of RNAO members that weigh in on discussion surrounding the resolutions submitted to the annual general meeting of our association.
Hello members,
There is still time to register for the 3rd webinar in the Middlesex-Elgin Share the Love Self-Care webinar series.
Join us on Wednesday, March 3rd at 7:30pm as Farnaz Michalski teaches us how to use Chakra Meditation to gain access to our inner energy. Farnaz will guide us through a healing touch meditation, a gentle energy therapy that works to bring harmony and balance into the body. Through this we will learn how to relief pain, lessen anxiety, reduce stress and promote healing, something we hope you will all gain benefit from.
Hello members,

We would like to share a little love with our members through our self-care webinar series. Please sign up to participate in one, two or all three of the following webinars, whatever your schedule allows.

We hope that you would be able to host a drop box in whatever area you work to collect socks from peers, friends and families before November 14th, 2020
