The chapter consists of nurses from the Middlesex-Elgin region representing and working towards leveraging the voices of nurses, nursing students, and nurse practitioners in Ontario. Our chapter aims to promote RNAO's mission and values to our local members in our events that support "advocating for healthy public policy, promoting excellence in nursing practice, and powering nurses to actively influence and shape decisions that affect the profession and the public we serve".
