ONEIG Call for Nominations

Dear ONEIG member,

Are you interested in learning more about how the environment affects health and getting actively involved? We are looking for members to join the ONEIG executive.

For 2018-2020, ONEIG is seeking nominees for the following positions:

Policy and Political Action Executive Network Officer
Student Liaison Executive Network Officer
Workplace Liaison Executive Network Officer

Candidates must be members in good standing of the applicable region, chapter or interest group and agree to serving for a two year term if elected. To submit your nomination please complete the nomination form and attach a brief statement outlining your interest in the position (max 250 words).

Please send nomination forms and statement to Kerrie Pickering (ONEIG President) by July 1st, 2018.

Access to safe water and sanitation for all is essential to life and a matter of environmental and social justice. Unfortunately, there are over 100 drinking water advisories in First Nations across Canada and no national strategy to address urgent water issues.
