Dear CFMHN Member,
Please find attached our revised CFMHN By-Laws 2019. It has been many years since our last review. In order to be in compliance with the Not-For-Profit Act we have made significant changes. Many things like Committees, Terms of Reference, Conflict of Interest and the like will become “policies” therefore do not need to be in the By-Laws.
