Peel region is seeking people interested in joining a regional initiative. The focus will be Co-Designing a Health Care Model for People Experiencing Homelessness in Peel.
According to Lina, "the Region of Peel is engaging with interested stakeholders in Peel Region to co-design a sustainable health care model for homelessness. People experiencing homelessness in Peel do not have access to permanent, wrap-around health-care services and there are no health-care service providers in Peel who have long-term funding dedicated to serving Peel’s homeless population. We hope to change this.
If you are interested in participating, we would love to hear from you! We have issued a Request for Expression of Interest to determine who might be interested in participating on our Program Design Table.
