The Middlesex Elgin Chapter, in partnership with the Mental Health Nursing Interest Group, would like to invite you to virtual conversation with James Brophy & Margaret Keith, the authors of Code White: Sounding the Alarm on Violence against Health Care Workers, a 2021 publication that shines a light on the human cost of the occurrence of violence within health care in Ontario.
Join us to hear what their research has revealed about this common challenge in our workplaces, and let it open a fulsome discussion of our experiences and what needs to be done to create safety in the healthcare system
