Dear MHNIG Member,
Please take a moment to find the attached MHNIG 2018 Membership Survey. This survey is completely voluntary. A summary of the responses will be shared with the MHNIG Executive team. The MHNIG Executive team will then use your responses to guide our work in the coming years. Your time and feedback is important to us, as such this survey is estimated to take between 5 - 7 minutes. This Survey will be closed on March 20, 2018.
Also, three free MHNIG memberships for 2019 will be given away. To qualify you must complete the survey. Please ensure your Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO) Membership number is correct. The MHNIG Membership winners RNAO accounts will be credited with the free membership. Winners will be chosen at random.
