We have a lot of exciting new speakers lined up for you across sectors as well as professions. We have the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care sharing with us updates on wound care funding and plans. We will hear from your colleagues in the LHINs about best practices of interprofessional practice from their day to day and learn more about how to tackle challenges using Think Research’s tools and resources.
In the afternoon, Tracey DasGupta, director of interprofessional practice for Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, will be speaking to us about “Team Stories: Today and Envisioning Tomorrow”. She will be moderating a wonderful panel of interprofessionals in the afternoon that will share their tips on how to optimize patient outcomes while building an interprofessional team.
