With the holidays approaching, and the health-care system demanding more and more from nurses;
Take time for an hour of self-care! You deserve it!
Join the Staff Nurse Interest Group (SNIG) as we welcome Mindfulness Everyday for a session on mindful eating. This session will take place via Zoom on Thursday Dec. 8 from 7:00–8:00 p.m.
The presenters ask you to join the session from a space with few distractions and to bring a small snack such as a piece of fruit, a vegetable, protein bar or beverage. If you have a yoga mat, bring that along as well.
