The Black Nurses Leading Change Interest Group invites you to register for an upcoming webinar in celebration of Nursing Week. Come to the interest group’s virtual lunch and learn session with Dr. Keisha Jefferies and Dr. Danielle McCamey on May 8, 2023, 1 – 2 p.m. ET.
Purpose and objectives
This presentation will provide participants a glimpse into Dr. Jefferies’ and Dr. McCamey’s distinct pathways to achieving their doctorate degrees. They will share and discuss their successes and challenges they faced along the way. At the end of this session, participants can hope to:
- gain insight into two pathways to achieve the highest degrees in nursing
- identify factors that led to their success in their doctoral programs
- be inspired to continue their nursing education
