Please note: Bring your proof... with you at the CNS conference on June 6-7, 2019 in Hamilton (ON). We will require it.

1- Proof of membership with CNS-ON or CNS-Canada will be required when doing on-site registration in Hamilton on June 6-7, 2019.

2- Proof of Student enrollment in a Master in Nursing or PhD in nursing will be required when doing on-site registration in Hamilton on June 6-7, 2019.

3- If no proof available, a full fee of $315 will be required on site registration June 6-7, 2019 – if already pre-registered.
