CNS Conference - Registration now... Early birds fee - before May 1-

Registration process  is open- CNS Conference   
June 6-7, 2019 in Hamilton, ON

Early bird registration (before May 1) for CNS members ($195) and Nursing graduate students ($95).
P.S.  the fee will increase from May 1-June 1, 2019. 

For members of CNS-C or if not a member, you can register for the event also.  You can choose to:

Login /Create a login / Continue without login and provide all the information required and your payment.

See the PDF poster for the details regarding the fee for:

  1. Members of CNS-ON or CNS-Canada (notes 1, 3)
  2. Graduate Nursing Students (notes 2, 3)
  3. Non-member (not a nurse)
  4. Non-member (a nurse).

Please note:   Bring your proof... with you at the CNS conference on June 6-7, 2019 in Hamilton (ON). We will require it. 

Proof of membership with CNS-ON  or  CNS-Canada will be required when doing on-site registration in Hamilton on June 6-7, 2019.

Proof of Student enrollment in a Master in Nursing or PhD in nursing will be required when doing on-site registration in Hamilton on June 6-7, 2019.

If no proof available, a full fee of $315 will be required on site registration June 6-7, 2019 – if already pre-registered.

Schedule - draft version:
You will find enclosed a draft schedule for our conference and the 2 draft documents – for the Oral presentations and the Poster presentations (links below are provided also). The final version will be completed by May 1, 2019; only minor changes could be done.

Hotel reservation:
We are still negotiating the cost for individuals attending our conference. Our 2 choices are with the Sheraton Hotel (Hamilton, ON) and McMaster University Residence (Hamilton, ON). More information to come with the link to reserve rooms.
