We are sending the call for abstract submissions for our first CNS conference for June 6-7, 2019.
Information for abstract submissions is in the PDF document attached and there is a template in word provided in this email to be completed.

Important dates
- Call for abstract submissions opens: December 2018
- Abstract submission deadline: Friday, Feb. 1, 2019
- Abstracts are to be submitted to: infoCNScanada1@gmail.com
- A confirmation will be sent by email once the abstract has been received
- Conference registration opens: Feb. 20, 2019
- Abstract decision notification (acceptance or rejection): Friday, March 1, 2019
Members of CNS-ON and CNS-C for 2019 (see the Karelo link below to become a member) will have a reduced fee for the June 2019 conference. More details to come about conference registration.
