We will be providing an update from the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care of the current political climate and the impact on wound care in the upcoming future with Ontario Health Teams and the Quadruple Aim. We are also inviting select representatives from LHINs as Exemplars of Change related to wound care practice.
The Symposium is an all-day event for a cross-section of acute, community and long-term care community executives, managers and clinicians who share an interest in tackling the fragmented, uncoordinated and uneven access to and delivery of quality wound management services across the Province of Ontario.
The Symposium is on April 24, 2020 at the DeGroot School of Business, McMaster University campus in Burlington, 4350 South Service Road, Burlington, ON L7L 5R8.
