Join us in developing a new quality standard focused on the prevention, assessment, and management of surgical site infections for people of all ages.
It will focus on care in any settings where surgical care is provided and surgical wounds are managed, including acute care, primary care, emergency department, hospital outpatient care, home and community care, rehabilitation, and long-term care.
We're seeking volunteers to help support the development of this work. If you or someone you know is interested, we are now taking applications from people who have had a surgical site infection, family members, informal caregivers, health care professionals, administrators and researchers from across Ontario.
