This fund was developed to "enhance the scholarships and clinical capabilities of our (Greater Hamilton Area Chapter) members”. Firstly, we are pleased to announce that registration is now open for our 2018 Biennial Provincial Conference. The theme this year is "It Takes a Village." The conference will bring together passionate gerontological nurses, health care providers and other community partners to share stories about how they are working collaboratively to care for older adults.
