I’m excited to invite you to join me at the upcoming London Pride Parade, a vibrant, joyful celebration of community, inclusion, and advocacy.
Participating in the parade is an incredibly fun and energizing experience. It’s an opportunity to come together with colleagues, walk proudly alongside other nurses, and share in the spirit of celebration that Pride brings to our community. Whether you’ve participated before or are joining for the first time, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive and enthusiastic group. Feel free to bring your family and friends to join us. Everyone is welcome to walk with us!
Beyond the fun, this is also a meaningful way to demonstrate our collective commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Showing up at Pride is a powerful way to be an ally, to stand in solidarity with 2SLGBTQ+ communities, champion inclusivity, and reinforce our role in creating safe and affirming spaces for everyone.
It’s also a great chance to connect with fellow RNAO members, meet new colleagues, and strengthen our local nursing community in a relaxed and celebratory setting.
