To our NSO members,
We hope that midterms are treating our student members well and that your studies are proceeding well! As an interest group that represents all RN students in Ontario, the NSO Executive would like to reach out to our members to understand their work and involvement in their community from June 1, 2025 - Oct. 31, 2025 that have or will meet RNAO's ENDs. This is a great opportunity for nursing students to allow NSO to highlight the hard work that our student members engage in.
RNAO's ENDs are listed below:
- Engage with registered nurses and nursing students to stimulate membership and promote the value of belonging to their professional organization.
- RNAO advances the role of nurses as members of a vital, knowledge-driven caring profession, and as significant contributors of health.
- RNAO speaks out on emerging issues that impact on nurses and the nursing profession, health, and health care.
- RNAO influences healthy public policy to positively impact the determinants of health, supporting Medicare, and strengthening a publicly funded, not-for-profit health care system.
