We invite you to join us for the RNAO Durham-Northumberland Chapter all-candidates forums happening across the Durham region during the month of May.
We will be meeting with local candidates to hear their platform on key issues such as health and community improvements. We will have the opportunity to ask and/or submit questions at each of these forums as well as meet with local candidates before or after the forum.
We hope you will be able to attend and share your stories, lived experiences, and questions. The Durham Northumberland Chapter will also be submitting a few questions at each forum related to RNAO’s election platform Improving health for all. We encourage you to review RNAO's health policy backgrounders and election platform to help frame your questions and guide your discussions. We look forward to seeing you at one or more of the forums and join us in advocating for better health care for all Ontarians.
The meeting details, by riding, are listed below. Some meetings require pre-registration. Registration links for those meetings are attached with the forum details. If you plan on attending any of the forums, we would appreciate it if you could let us know so that we can represent nursing and health care together.
