To all members a gentle reminder of our Flag Raising – May 19, 2020
The Town of Ajax had a flag raising event today May 19, 2020 for our Durham Northumberland Chapter at the Ajax Town Hall, Heritage Square 65 Harwood Avenue South.
This is our chapter’s first annual flag raising event. Typically there is a flag raising ceremony, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic there was no formal ceremony, but the flag will be flown from May 19 – 25.So please pass and take a picture or two! (Remember Physical Distancing it you are going with others) This is also an event we wish to continue annually in different municipalities across the chapter going forward. send your pictures to @RNAO_Durham
Take Your MPP to Work (TYMTW )
In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing requirements across Ontario, Our Durham Northumberland Chapter Annual Take your MPP to Work (TYMTW) will be held virtually. Keep close for more information as we continue to celebrate the Year of the Nurse and the stimulating discussions our Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Nursing Students will have with our local MPPs particularly in such unprecedented times.
