    My dear NP colleagues,

As I reflect on the last two years, we have stayed strong, held it together the best we could.  We have had some fantastic topics through the Insider webinars. Many of our rich conversations and topics were fueled by the COVID pandemic.  In fact, I believe that we now see our profession in a very different light—we see more opportunities, not less.  Though at times the situations feel like barriers, lets rather see them as distractions and refocus our energies toward change.

    Dear NPIG member,

I hope that you and your families are healthy. I hope that you have the spiritual fortitude to remain a pillar for your loved ones, your patients and yourselves. This time of COVID-19 is a difficult time for everyone, and you are the heroes in my eyes.  Yes, I am biased by saying so!

RNAO is the professional voice for RNs and NPs and at the same time supports the Health of Ontarians as paramount ~ this is why I have chosen to remain with RNAO as an NP.

    Dear NPIG Members,

As well, my heart goes out to our up and coming NP’s, the current students.  Hang in there, I hope that your studies will not be interrupted in such a way as to postpone you joining our workforce.
