Hello Nursing Students!
Spread the word! NSO is excited to offer nursing students an opportunity to learn more about leadership!
Have you been looking for an opportunity to engage with RNAO Executive Leaders? Here's your chance! Join us on April 30, 2021, from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. as we hear from:
RNAO CEO: Dr. Doris Grinspun, RN, MSN, PhD, LLD(hon), Dr(hc), FAAN, FCAN, O.ONT.
RNAO President: Morgan Hoffarth, RN, MN
RNAO Immediate Past-President: Dr. Angela Cooper-Brathwaite, RN, BN, MN, PhD
The guest speakers will present their experiences and provide insights into students’ leadership and empowerment. NSO executives will also share their experiences, in serving other student leaders and the roles they play in making change happen. This story will be told by both sides! Leadership skills, adapting to change, how to get involved, and utilizing leadership experiences as a future benefit, are a few of the topics that will be discussed.
Leadership is becoming a highly sought-after nursing competency when seeking employment as an RN. Attendance is recommended. Students are encouraged to ask questions during the Q&A session allocated at the end of the session!
