Dear Middlesex-Elgin members,
Have you ever been interested in learning more about how RNAO works and how decisions are made about areas of advocacy and work? Here is your chance to answer your questions, as well as an opportunity to contribute to the decisions of our association.
The Middlesex-Elgin Chapter is eligible to send 13 consultation representatives to RNAO’s AGM on Friday, May 29, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
As a consultation representative, you will weigh in on resolutions submitted by members that will help shape the association’s agenda.
Consultation Representatives are reimbursed shared accommodations and travel to attend the AGM (see reimbursement guidelines). The AGM is your chance to see your association at work for you and is a great place to meet your nursing colleagues from across the province.
How to register as a consultation representative:
Registration as a consultation representative is on a first-come, first-serve basis by using this link: https://myrnao.ca/consultation_reps_2026
If registration as a consultation representative is full, you can also register as an alternate (meaning you may be called to attend if someone is unable to attend). Please note that alternates are not reimbursed unless they are required to act as a consultation representative. The deadline to register is Friday, April 3, 2026.
The registration link can only be accessed if there are still available spaces for our chapter.
If there are any issues registering, please contact [email protected].
If you have questions about the consultation representative role and whether it is a good fit for you, please email [email protected]
Thank you for considering this opportunity,
Middlesex Elgin executive
