On behalf of the Durham Northumberland chapter we are pleased to share that we have filled the positions for Policy & Political Action, Workplace Liaison, and Student Liaison (see below). Thank you to those members who put their names forward and to those who voted.
After taking a break during the summer months, the chapter executive team will be meeting in the coming weeks to plan future events for members and the nursing community. Make sure to stay connected with us on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and feel free to email us any concerns or suggestions.
We also want to encourage you to access and use RNAO resources in your workplaces and practice settings as we continue to work through this pandemic and challenges arising from COVID-19. RNAO continues to have a strong voice with healthcare and political leaders, but we also need your input and support by signing action alerts, speaking with local politicians, and advocating for change, especially for those most vulnerable.
