RNAO DNIG Executive Positions – DEADLINE May 15, 2019
The Diabetes Nurses Interest Group is seeking applications for experienced, committed, skilled individuals to join the DNIG Executive Board for the 2019-2021 term. We are seeking nominees who are passionate about the important role of nursing in the provision and co-ordination of diabetes care in acute and community care settings in Ontario.
The Call for Nominations is for the following DNIG Board of Director (BOD) positions:
- Chair-elect
- Communications Executive Network Officer
- Finance Executive Network Officer
- Membership Executive Network Officer
Candidates must be members in good standing with the Diabetes Nurses Interest Group and agree to serving for a two-year term if elected.

Nominations must be received by the DNIG Nominations Committee no later than the close for Call of Nominations dated May 15, 2019.

NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS
The nomination form must be accompanied by a brief description of the candidate’s skills outlining their appropriateness for the position including knowledge and experience (maximum 1 page) and signatures of the nominee and nominators. The brief description of the candidate’s skills and experience may be published in communications to members.
