Dr. Laurent's bio:
Dr. Farah Laurent is not your average nurse – she’s a Nurse Career Coach, Educator, Author, Leader, Entrepreneur, and dynamic Speaker who is passionate about assisting other nurses achieve their career goals. She is a former level 1 trauma emergency nurse and a fierce advocate! Farah belongs to various nursing organizations and strives to make a positive impact in the nursing profession every single day.

"Farah is a doctorally prepared nurse with over 20 years of experience in the field of emergency medicine, education, and leadership. She received her BSN from the University of Windsor, MSN in nursing education from Norwich University and her DNP from Monmouth University. Her doctoral work focused on creating a toolkit on stress reduction strategies for nurses. She holds six board certifications in emergency medicine, education, patient experience and leadership. Farah is a peer reviewer for the Journal of Emergency Medicine."
