Good Day RNAO Sudbury Chapter members,
Are you interested in representing the Chapter as a Voting representative / delegate (VR) for the Provincial RNAO AGM – Thursday, June 24th (evening) - Friday, June 25th (day), 2021 on zoom (meeting).
If so, please submit your name to rnaosudbury@gmail.com for consideration by our Executive Network Officers (ENO). RNAO Sudbury Chapter is able to send 4 delegates to the AGM.
Conditions to be met: If selected, as a voting delegate/ representative, you:
- Must attend a chapter resolutions meeting in Sudbury on Tuesday June 8th at 06:00 pm on zoom meeting;
- Must confirm that you are available for all these dates to meet / represent us;
- Are expected to represent the views and perspectives of the chapter, contributing to debate and voting on various motions/resolutions related to governance.
Those Executive Network Officers of the Sudbury Chapter who submit their names will not be involved in delegate selection due to the conflict of interest.
Deadline for submissions is no later than: March 1st, 2021 before 06:00 PM.
Selected delegates will be notified by March 15.
