Good Day - Sudbury Chapter RNAO members,
RNAO Sudbury is eligible to send 4 consultation representatives to RNAO’s Annual General Meeting taking place on Friday June 12, 2020 at the Toronto Hilton Hotel.
As a consultation representative, you will weigh in on resolutions submitted by members that will help shape the association’s agenda. Consultation Representatives are reimbursed shared accommodations and travel to attend the AGM (see reimbursement guidelines). The AGM is your chance to see your association at work for you and is a great place to meet your nursing colleagues from across the province.
How to register as a consultation representative:
Submit your name to rnaosudbury@gmail.com by February 27th, 2020 for consideration by our Executive Network Officers (ENO).
If selected, as a voting delegate/ representative, you:
- Must attend a chapter resolutions meeting in Sudbury on Tuesday May 26, 2020 at 6:00 pm at the South End Library in Sudbury.
- Are expected to represent the views and perspectives of the chapter, contributing to debate and voting on various motions/ resolutions related to governance.
N.B. Mandatory requirements for Consultation Representatives are outlined in the attached guidelines. Kindly ensure you fully understand and agree to the requirements before submission.
If registration as a consultation representative is full, you may be selected as an alternate. Please note that alternates are not reimbursed unless they are required to act as a consultation representative.
Those Executive Network Officers of the Sudbury Chapter who submit their names will not be involved in delegate selection due to the conflict of interest.
