This is the premier learning event within the Canadian Palliative Care Community. We are looking to sponsor up to 5 individuals to attend from our interest group.
Please submit: your name, what area of the palliative care health framework who work, learn email and, 50 words on how attending this institute will benefit your practice to the executive of PCNIG at mrugg@rogers.com. You will also be asked to present some of your learnings at a later date at one of the membership meetings.
The PCNIG executive will review the submissions and choose 5 general members from the submissions
and we will let you know by November 9 4:00pm.
Submission Deadline is November 8 at midnight.
