Hi PedNIG Members,

Registered Nurses Foundation of Ontario (RNFOO) scholarship applications are now open. The Pediatric Nurses Interest Group (PedNIG) has one award associated with the RNFOO called the Evelyn Cameron Award. There are two awards of $1,000 value, available to both RNs and RPNs. Qualifying programs include those enrolled in undergrad degree Post-RN BScN, graduate degree masters, certification/certificate program/special project.

The Pediatric Nurses Interest Group (PedNIG) is excited to offer the Pediatric Nursing Essentials Virtual Workshop for a second time this year! The target audiences for this workshop: primarily nursing students or nurses interested in learning basic pediatric skills.

Topics for this workshop will include head-to-toe assessment and medication administration. We will also provide a case study and end with a Q & A period.
