The Pediatric Nurses Interest Group is happy to announce that we will be running a virtual pediatric nursing skills workshop on Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
This workshop will take place via Zoom. It will focus on the following topics:
The Pediatric Nurses Interest Group (PedNIG) is excited to offer a virtual pediatric nursing skills workshop for all entry-level nurses and nursing students who wish to pursue a future in paediatrics. This 3-hour virtual workshop will provide students with the opportunity to attend four sessions. These sessions include: Paediatric Assessment and Fluid & Med Calculations, followed by Case Study Examples and Career Panel. This is a great beginner level course for those looking to explore paediatric nursing.

The Neuroscience Conference Planning Committee is inviting submissions for poster presentations for the 2022 Pediatric Neuroscience Conference: New Frontiers in Pediatric Neurosciences. This conference will be held virtually on Friday, March 4, 2022 by SickKids Hospital in Toronto, Ontario.

On Jan. 27, 2022, Children's Healthcare Canada is hosting "Immunizing Children with Confidence: Vaccination Conversations Pop Up Event." This day-long conference is one component of the Immunizing Children with Confidence project, a collaboration between Children's Healthcare Canada and Solutions for Kids in Pain.
This event will provide healthcare professionals with the skills, tools and information they need to confidently promote and provide vaccinations to children and their families.
