Dear NLN.ON member,
On behalf of Kim Cook, President of the NLN.ON Board of Directors, we are reaching out to hear your voices and perceptions about nursing leadership in your current roles. In regards to the NLN.ON strategic intentions for 2022-2027, the aim of the survey is to gather information from our members to support the sustainment of Nursing Leadership and the development of Emerging Nursing Leaders. The NLN.ON Board of Directors is reaching out to members through this survey, to learn more about the current Nursing leadership roles and structures, and the support needed and provided to Emerging Nurse Leaders. The information will be used by the Nursing Leadership Network of Ontario to assist in refining their strategic intention and advocacy efforts. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All responses will be anonymous and no identifying information will be available or shared. All reporting of response data will be in an aggregate form.
