Dear CTNIG members,

Here is the CTNIG summer newsletter…a little late but full of some terrific articles and resources for our RN and student nurse members.

Along with the usual columns, you will read about all the videos our executive and CTNIG members created for Nursing Week activities and how to access them; an insightful article on the practice of self-compassion for emotional support and tips for managing stress for students (and nurses too); a list of self-care resources and how to develop you’re own self-care practice; and even a DIY citrus scrub you can make at home.

Please take some time to enjoy the summer newsletter at your leisure, it is a great benefit of your CTNIG membership.
