The Peel chapter executive team is looking to learn how we can best serve you!
We are writing to request your participation in a brief survey (aprox. 5 minutes) to evaluate the effectiveness of our current practices and events as well as what we can improve upon. The survey runs from Oct.1 to Nov. 26. We are giving away one pre-paid $50 Visa card to a participant that will be randomly chosen after the survey end date.
