Dear members,
Are you interested in inspiring the next generation of nurses? Then, consider joining us on Sept. 29, 2018 from 12 to 3 p.m. as a speaker at our Fall for Nursing: Career Exploration event, which is part of our Inspiring the Next Generation, Creating Change Mentorship Program.
The afternoon will consist of speakers from different areas of nursing interacting with nursing students and new graduates. As a speaker, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for your work with an eager audience, while forming connections with other professionals. No presentation is required as the event is an informal conversation with attendees. We will be providing guiding questions to assist you as you prepare for the session. The event will be held at 7120 Hurontario Street in Mississauga.
We are looking for ten nurses from a variety of practice areas, not limited to:
- community
- acute care
- paediatrics
- public health
- education or government
- management/administration
- consultation
- research
