A sign that winter is passing by....
Peel Chapter is eligible to send a maximum of 21 consultation representatives for RNAO’s annual general meeting (AGM) taking place on Friday, June 10, 2022. The timing and format of the event is currently virtual as RNAO continues to monitor public health directives related to gatherings.
The deadline to register is Monday, April 11, 2022 (5pm EST)
*Please note that associated interest groups are nonvoting and therefore not eligible to participate in resolution voting.
Consultation representatives weigh in on resolutions submitted by members that will help shape the association’s agenda. The AGM is your chance to see your association at work for you and is a great place to meet your nursing colleagues from across the province.
How to register as a consultation representative:
Registration as a consultation representative is limited to your allotted number and on a first come, first serve basis by using this link: https://myrnao.ca/2022consultationreps As chapter president, I would ask that people registering for this also email rnaopeel@gmail.com to help us track locally how many consultation reps we have for our chapter.
Note: in addition to registering as a consultation representative, you will also need to register for the AGM when RNAO opens registration for that. There will also be a compulsory resolutions meeting with Peel chapter to review the resolutions and briefed on processes.
All mandatory requirements for consultation representatives are outlined on the registration form and in the attached guidelines. Kindly ensure you fully understand and agree with the requirements before submission.
Registering alternates
If registration as a consultation representative is full, additional members may register as an alternate.
Housekeeping notes
The registration link can only be accessed if there are available spaces in your chapter/region without chapters or interest group and if the member is a member in good standing for the area in which they are representing.
