Voting Representatives – Interested ?
Are you interested in representing the Sudbury chapter as a voting representative / delegate (VR) at the provincial RNAO annual general meeting (AGM) in June 2022?
At the AGM, you will be expected to represent the views and perspectives of the Sudbury Chapter, contributing to debate and voting on various motions/resolutions related to governance. Our chapter can send four delegates to the AGM.
If interested in one of these roles, please submit your name to rnaosudbury@gmail.com, using the subject line: "RNAO – interested -Voting Rep. June". The deadline for submitting your name is: March 1, 2022 by 6:00 p.m.
Please note: To be selected as a VR, you must:
- be an RN or a NP;
- attend a Sudbury chapter resolutions meeting Tuesday, May 31 at 06:00 pm via Zoom;
- be available to attend the RNAO AGM, which is scheduled from Thursday, June 9, 2022 (evening) to Friday, June 10, 2022 (day)
- the AGM will take place at either the Hilton Hotel in Toronto, or via Zoom - specific details will be confirmed closer to the time
The executive network officers of the Sudbury chapter will review all submissions; executive network officers of the Sudbury Chapter who submit their names for consideration for the VR role, if any, will not be involved in delegate selection due to the conflict of interest.
We will notify the VRs we've selected by March 15, 2022.
