From health care to the determinants of health, the debate will cover important public issues that RNAO raised in its election platform, Ontario's nursing crisis: Your health, your health system, released earlier this year. The platform provides recommendations to parties in five key areas: environmental determinants of health, social determinants of health, nursing, care delivery and fiscal capacity. All-candidates debate to discuss election issues

We are excited to share that RNAO’s annual general meeting (AGM) will be taking place virtually from June 9-11, 2022. The Kingston Chapter will be able to send 6 members as consultation representatives. As a consultation representative, members will weigh in on resolutions that will help shape the association's agenda and focus. Deadline has been extended until Friday May 13th at 5 PM.
You will be required to attend 2 Mandatory sessions:
The RNAO Waterloo, Kingston and Sarnia-Lambton Chapters along with the Rainbow Nursing Interest Group invites all RNAO Members from all chapters to join us on Wednesday, Jan. 26 at 7 p.m. for an educational session to learn about the opioid crisis facing Ontarians.
Come learn from Christina Hughes, Registered Nurse, about the public health crisis facing Ontarians. Christina will explore harm reduction, Consumption Treatment Services (CTS) and what nurses can do to advocate for change.
