Dear member,
Region 10 is sponsoring a Resume Writing Workshop on March 4 from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at Algonquin College (1385 Woodroffe Ave, Nepean).
The event will be held in room CA403 and will be led by Riek van den Berg. Reik is retired from Nurse Educator & Nurse leadership roles at the Ottawa Hospital. She remains active in the nursing community at the local and national levels.
At this workshop students will learn about the difference between a resume, a CV and a cover letter and how to create each of them. Riek will emphasize the importance of an up-to-date CV and how to maintain this document to keep it current.
