One of the most powerful ways to do so is by stepping into a leadership role with the New RN Interest Group.

With a focus on addressing the unique needs and challenges of new RNs in Ontario, NRNIG provides valuable resources, guidance, and advocacy. If you're interested in contributing to this important work, we welcome you to get involved with the NRNIG Executive.
