Have you ever thought about the role you could play in shaping the work of RNAO?
--> The Hamilton Chapter is seeking members to volunteer as consultation representatives (CR) for the upcoming RNAO Annual General Meeting (AGM).
--> CRs are part of a team of RNAO members who review and provide input on resolutions that help guide the direction of our association. This is a great opportunity to share your voice, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to shaping the future of nursing.

AGM Details
Date: Friday, May 29, 2026
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Format: In-person
Location: Crowne Plaza, 900 York Mills Rd, Toronto, Ontario, M3B3H2
Mandatory orientation & resolution session
CRs are to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting on May 29, 2026, and must attend one of the following virtual sessions:
- Tuesday, May 19, 2026 | 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 20, 2026 | 5:30 – 8:00 p.m.
During these sessions, the parliamentarian will review the Rules of Order, resolutions will be discussed, and the list of Certified CRs will be confirmed.
--> The Hamilton Chapter may register up to 16 members as consultation reps.
Important: Undergraduate nursing students are not eligible to serve in this role. Undergraduate nursing students are eligible for the student board of directors placement, apply here: https://rnao.ca/membership/student
